We now have various booking and payment options available to make staying with us easier for you.

 

ONLINE

For the seasoned traveller understanding and trusting the modern hi-tech systems, there is the Booking button where you can check availability, get a quotation, book and pay, all on-line.

 

MANUAL

For the rest of you who still prefer a manual “Hi, How are you?”, we will listen to your requirements, send you a quotation, make a booking and resolve payment issues, as we go:


Please request a quote: Once we have all your requirements we will be able to forward a detailed quotation. The reply (quote) is forwarded to you with information on how to book and pay your deposit.

 

Make Provisional Reservation: Provisional reservations will be expedited as quickly as possible. When receiving the confirmation, you’ll have to accept or decline the booking offer/quotation as soon as possible, to avoid disappointment. We operate on a 1st Paid—1st Booked principal and you will have to pay your deposit to secure your booking.

 

Confirmation of Reservation: Unfortunately we can only confirm your reservation once we have received proof of payment of your full 50% non-refundable deposit.

 

Payment terms:

¨ 50% to accept booking

¨ Balance before/on arrival

(Direct/Internet payments preferred, with proof of payment forwarded to us.)

Client terms of cancellation:

Failure of the customer to arrive forfeit 100% of the deposit.
100% cancellation fees are charged 28 days prior to arrival.
Cancellations made 29 days or more prior to the agreed arrival date forfeit 50% of the booking value.
Cancellations made after arrival forfeit 100% of the booking quote value.

NB: Special Condition:
In event of cancellation of a booking by Deo Gratia more than 90 days prior to arrival date, refunds/claims will be limited to 100% of the amount already paid by guests at the time of cancellation.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE BOOKING:

PEAK SEASON: 01 December - 31 January & all school holidays and Public Holidays.

Breakfast is available for guests staying in B&B units/rooms only.  Please indicate if breakfast will be required when you do your booking, as it affects our staff and purchases of fresh products for your breakfast.

A surcharge of R50-00 per unit is payable for guests staying for ONE NIGHT ONLY.

Jacuzzi - per hour (R240-00) (Management requires 24 hours advance notice of use to ensure the Jacuzzi is clean and warm. Let’s assist Eskom! Please note that a jacuzzi takes approximately 8 to 10 hours to heat up to 36 degrees Celsius from cold.) We await Day Zero in Cape Town, when our water supply could run out, and for the time being the Jacuzzi will unfortunately not be available. PLEASE USE WATER SPARINGLY!!
